STISD Hosting District wide Job Fair on Saturday, April 9

South Texas ISD is hosting a district wide Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, at the South Texas ISD Science Academy Gym (1LT Andres Zermeño Memorial Gymnasium) in Mercedes. Attendees can see what life is like at STISD, meet administrators, and apply onsite.

80 STISD Students Qualify for TSA State Competition

On March 19 and 26, the preliminary, semifinal, and final rounds of the regional level competitions of the Technology Student Association (TSA) took place. From these competitions, 80 high school students from STISD qualified for the state competition taking place April 21-23 in Fort Worth, Texas.

39 STISD Students Qualify for BPA National Competition

Qualifying at this year’s Texas Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Leadership Conference held in March, a total of 39 high school students from STISD will advance to the BPA National Leadership Conference to be held May 4-8.
